Edgware Branch Fees & School Policy

A. Fees Policy

  1. Enrolment & Advance Fee
    • Full term fees must be paid in advance at the start of each term to secure a place.
    • Enrolment for the term is confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
    • Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  2. Term Fees & Payment
    • Students pay per term, not monthly.
    • Term fees are payable before the first class of each term.
  3. Attendance, Absence & Missed Classes
    • Full term fees are payable regardless of attendance.
    • Absences due to illness, exams, holidays, travel, or personal reasons do not qualify for fee reductions or refunds.
    • Missing one or more classes in a term does not affect the term fee.
  4. Pauses, Holidays & Travel
    • Any pause, holiday, or travel must be informed at least one month in advance in writing.
    • Without notice, additional term fees may be charged.
    • To retain a student’s place during an approved pause, a nominal holding fee or full term fee may be required.
  5. Term Breaks
    • The Edgware branch follows term-wise breaks (e.g., Spring, Summer, Autumn).
    • Term dates and breaks will be communicated in advance.
    • Fees are not affected by term breaks, as full term payment is required in advance.

B. School Rules & Guidelines

  1. Uniform
    • Students must attend classes in the prescribed Sankari School of Arts uniform.
  2. Conduct & Discipline
    • Students are expected to behave respectfully towards the teacher and fellow students at all times.
  3. Communication
    • Each batch will have a dedicated WhatsApp group for official communication.
    • Homework, ISTD file guidance, exam materials, and videos will be shared via WhatsApp.
    • Parents/students are responsible for checking messages regularly, informing absences in advance, and completing assigned work on time.
  4. Missed Classes by the School
    • If a class is cancelled by the teacher, a make-up or online class will be provided where possible.

C. Acceptance of Policy

  • Enrolment at Sankari School of Arts – Edgware Branch confirms full acceptance of all fees, rules, and policies stated above.
